Confirm the location

Which building and entrance should I use? Are all appointments at the same location? Where are the official arrival, parking or transport instructions? Who should I contact if those instructions are unclear?

Ask about lodging

Is there a patient lodging team or social worker who can explain local options? Are there hospital-arranged rooms, assistance programs or patient rates to investigate? What is the application or booking process, and which requirements should I confirm directly with the program?

Ask about practical access

Who can answer questions about access features at the appointment location? Is there an official shuttle or transport resource page? Which destinations does it cover? What should a caregiver know about arriving or waiting?

Ask about changing plans

Who should I contact if travel delays affect arrival? Where should I check for appointment updates? Are there practical scheduling details I should clarify before committing to a nonrefundable reservation? The center may not be able to change a third-party booking contract.

Write down the next step

Use the appointment logistics planner to record the responsible office, question, answer date and next action. Follow the center's clinical instructions separately. Do not use a general website checklist to decide treatment preparation or medical travel suitability.
