Look beyond the room photograph

For an extended stay, ask which features are included in the specific room category you would reserve. A property may have some rooms with a kitchen and others without one. Confirm whether a kitchen includes the equipment you need, whether laundry is in the room or shared, and whether there are additional charges.

Check the route to the appointment

Record the actual clinic address and ask the hotel which destination its shuttle serves. Confirm operating days, reservation rules and return-trip arrangements. A general claim of a hospital shuttle does not establish that it reaches your building or operates at the times you need.

Compare the complete quote

Request the nightly or weekly charge, mandatory fees, parking, deposit, taxes and the policy for extending or shortening a stay. Use the same dates and room category when comparing booking channels. Ask specific access questions

If you need particular room or access features, describe the feature directly to the property and ask for confirmation. Do not rely solely on a general accessible-room label. Any clinical requirements for accommodation should come from your care team; this website does not certify a property as appropriate for treatment.

Keep the cancellation terms

Save the deadline, time zone, refund conditions and who must be contacted to change the booking. An appointment change does not automatically change the hotel contract. Complete the lodging comparison sheet before paying so the terms can be reviewed alongside the total cost.
